At Tough Cookie Fitness our mission is to empower and motivate women of all ages to lead healthier lifestyles by providing multi-sport and fitness training in a fun, friendly, goal-oriented manner.

Our Training Programs

Our programs empower women by helping them achieve their fitness goals from walking their first 5K to becoming competitive triathletes or long distance runners. Tough Cookie certified coaches provide guidance, know-how and support while our trainees benefit from team interaction, finding motivation and support in each other by pursuing a common goal. Triathlon Training

​Train the 2016 Texas Tri Series! Our training program will prepare you for all spring and summer races including Rookie Tri, CapTex, Jack's Generic, Tri Rock,  and culminating with the Kerrville Triathlon Festival. Training for all distances sprint through half iron starts April 4th but you can jump in anytime this summer! Learn More...

Fall Full and Half Marathon Training

O​ur running programs are open to women of all abilities and experience. Women in the program are coached according to their own ability and personal goals.  Whether your goal is to finish your first 5K or set a new Marathon PR, our goal is to get you across the finish line injury-free and with a smile on your face.
