Zooma Austin 5K, 10K and 13.1 Training Programs

The Austin Zooma race is coming back to Austin under new management and is partnering up with us as their official local training program! Join our three month training program and get ready for Zooma! We are offering couch to 5K, 10K and half marathon tracks. At Tough Cookie Fitness our mission is to empower and motivate women of all ages to lead healthier lifestyles by providing multi-sport and fitness training in a fun, friendly, goal-oriented manner and to foster a community of like minded women to help support, motivate and inspire each other.

Our Programs

Our programs empower women by helping them achieve their health and fitness goals from walking their first 5K to becoming competitive triathletes or long distance runners. Tough Cookie certified coaches provide guidance, know-how and support while our trainees benefit from team interaction, finding motivation and support in each other by pursuing a common goal. Running

O​ur running programs are open to women of all abilities and experience. Women in the program are coached according to their own ability and personal goals.  Whether your goal is to finish your first 5K or set a new Marathon PR, our goal is to get you across the finish line injury-free and with a smile on your face. Tough Cookie X-Training (Boot Camp)

​Want to get in shape? If you are looking to get in shape and don't know where to start these programs are a great option. We combine cardio, strength and flexibility training for a head to toe workout that will give you the results you seek.
Want to improve your performance? If you are already in shape but want to improve your performance (running, cycling, triathlon, etc.) this is the perfect workout to compliment your training routine. Increase strength, agility, and performance by combining cardio, strength training, and injury prevention exercises. Learn more...

Triathlon/DuathlonTraining

 Coaching for all distances  from sprint through Ironman. Improve your skills, endurance and speed with our fun, intensive, USAT sanctioned program. Training for all levels available! Our programs are designed to get you across the finish line looking and feeling strong!
