Cycling Performance
Starts March 12

Develop your cycling skills including bike handing, gearing, pedaling technique, hill climbing and speed in our 6-week training program. Participants should know how to ride their bikes, but may not yet be comfortable with many of these skills. Preferred: both speed/distance and cadence sensors installed on bike.

Registration Fee: $125 ($100 Returning Tough Cookies)
We offer a women-only membership-based club. Our mission is to promote and facilitate women's participation in cycling and multi-sport by creating a supportive, fun, environment. We have a range of riding abilities among our membership from beginner to advanced, though we ask that you use a road bike and ride at a level that allows you to sustain at least 12mph over 15-20 miles in order to feel comfortable riding with the group.
