Program Overview
Our running programs are open to women of all abilities and experience. Women in the program are coached according to their own ability and personal goals. Our women-specific program incorporates yoga for runners and strength training to compliment speed, technique and endurance training and avoid injuries common to the female anatomy. Our trainees benefit from the unique social interaction, support and motivation that our women-only group provides. Whether your goal is to finish your first 5K or set a new Marathon PR, our goal is to get you across the finish line injury-free and with a smile on your face.

Intro to Tough Cookie Running - 6 weeks (Starting June 5th and September 4, 2013)
Join our 6 week intro program and get ready to increase your endurance, stamina, and speed. Learn proper running technique and training principals. There is no minimum fitness level and walkers are welcome! Registration Fee: $150 ($125 for returning tough cookies).

Marathon and Half Marathon training programs (San Antonio Rock & Roll and Austin LiveStrong)
Half Marathon Training - (Starting June 5 and September 4, 2013 )
This 24-week training program prepares you successfully to run a half marathon. To join this group you should be able to comfortably run/walk 3 miles (at any speed). Registration Fee: $350 ($325 for returning tough cookies)
