Triathlon
Improve your skills, endurance and speed in this fun, intensive, USAT sanctioned program. Training for all levels available! Our 10 week Olympic and Sprint distance and 18 week Half Ironman training programs are designed to get you across the finish line looking and feeling strong! Whether this is your first or fifth triathlon we bring out the best in you!

Program Details
Spring Programs Starts March 26, 2012 - Training for Sprint and Olympic culminates with the Capital of Texas Triathlon and Danskin Triathlon. Half Ironman distance training culminates with the Longhorn Ironman 70.3 in October.
Summer Program Starts June 27, 2012 - Training for Sprint and Olympic culminates with the Austin Triathlon on September 3. Half Ironman distance training culminates with the Longhorn Ironman 70.3 on October 28.

Meeting Days/Times
Morning group - Mon/Wed 9:30-11AM, Sat 8-10AM
Evening group - Mon/Wed 6-7:30PM, Sat 8-10AM
Training Locations - (locations may change)

Monday (Run) - Meet at Zilker Park (9:30am) and Anderson High School Track (6pm)
Wednesday (Swim)- River Place Country Club pool and Mansfield Dam.
Saturday (Swim,Bike, Run)- Meet at various locations throughout greater Austin.

Registration Fee
$275 ($250 for returning Tough Cookies) - Additional $150 for Half Ironman training due by September 1st.
